Culture Medium:DMEM:F12 (1:1 mixture) supplemented with 2 mM L- glutamine, 15 mM Hepes and 10% fetal bovine serum.
Subculturing:Remove culture medium and rinse with 0.02% EDTA solution. Add fresh 0.025% trypsin, 0.02% EDTA solution and remove. Allow flask to sit at 37°C until the cells detach. Add fresh medium, aspirate and dispense into new flasks.
Split Ratio:A ratio of 1:4 to 1:8 is recommended
