Culture Medium:Minimum essential medium (Eagle) in Earle's BSS with non-essential amino acids, 90%; fetal bovine serum, 10%
Subculturing:Remove medium, rinse with fresh 0.25% trypsin solution, remove trypsin and let the culture sit at room temperature for 3 to 5 minutes or until cells detach. Add fresh medium, aspirate and dispense into new flasks. Subculture every 7 days.
Split Ratio:A ratio of 1:4 is recommended
Fluid Renewal:2 to 3 times weekly
