| Subculturing: | Remove medium, add fresh 0.025% trypsin/0.02% EDTA solution and incubate at 37°C until the cells detach. Add fresh medium, aspirate to disperse the cells and centrifuge at 800 rpm for 3 minutes. Add fresh medium to the pellet and dispense into new flasks. |
