Culture Medium:RPMI 1640 medium supplemented with 2 mM L-glutamine adjusted to contain 1.5 g/L sodium bicarbonate, 4.5 g/L glucose, 10 mM HEPES, 1.0 mM sodium pyruvate and 10% fetal bovine serum.
Subculturing:Cultures can be maintained by the addition or replacement of fresh medium. Start new cultures at 1 x 105 viable cells/ml. Subculture at 1 x 106 cells/ml.
