| Culture Medium: | RPMI 1640 medium supplemented with 2 mM L-glutamine and 10% fetal calf serum. |
| Subculturing: | Remove culture medium and rinse twice with 0.025% trypsin/0.02% EDTA in Hanks' BSS. Incubate with trypsin/EDTA solution for 10 to 15 minutes at 37°C. Disperse the cells in fresh medium, remove trypsin by centrifugation, resuspend cells in fresh medium and dispense into new flasks. |
