Subculturing:Remove medium and rinse with EDTA (versene) solution. Add fresh 0.25% trypsin/0.02% EDTA solution and incubate at 37°C until the cells detach. Add fresh medium to inhibit trypsin, centrifuge, aspirate and dispense into new flasks. Subculture every 6 to 8 days.
