Subculturing:Remove medium and rinse with 0.02% EDTA/PBS solution. Add fresh 0.025% trypsin/0.02% EDTA and incubate for 2 to 3 minutes. Add fresh medium, remove trypsin by centrifugation and dispense into new flasks. Subculture every 6 to 8 days.
