| Subculturing: | Remove medium and rinse the monolayer with 0.02% EDTA/PBS. Add fresh 0.025% trypsin/0.02% EDTA/PBS solution and incubate until the cells detach. Add complete medium, remove trypsin by centrifugation and dispense into new flasks. |
