| Culture Medium: | MEM Eagle supplemented with 2 mM L-glutamine, 1mM sodium-pyruvate, NEAA and 10% fetal bovine serum. Incubate at 37°C / 5% CO2. |
| Subculturing: | Remove medium and rinse with fresh 0.02% EDTA (versene) solution. Add 0.025% trypsin/0.02% EDTA solution and let the culture sit at 37°C until the cells detach. Add fresh medium, remove trypsin by centrifugation, aspirate and dispense into new flasks. |
