| Subculturing: | Remove medium and rinse with EDTA (versene) solution. Add fresh 0.05%trypsin/0.02% EDTA (versene) and let the culture to sit at 37°C until cells are dispensed. Add fresh medium, remove trypsin by centrifugation, resuspend in fresh medium and dispense into new flasks. |
