| Culture Medium: | RPMI 1640 medium, 90% supplemented with 2 mM L-glutamine and 10% fetal bovine serum. |
| Subculturing: | 2 to 3 times weekly. Never allow culture to become completely confluent. After 4 to 5 days, treat cultures with 0.025% trypsin for 2 to 3 minutes, remove trypsin, and incubate culture 10 to 15 minutes at 37°C. Add fresh medium, aspirate and dispense into new flasks. For plates (50mm) use an inoculum of 3x105 cells per plate and subculture every 3 days. For 75 cm2 flasks use 4x105 cells per flask and subculture every 3 days. |
