Description:The line has been shown to be free of bovine diarrhoea virus.
Culture Medium:Minimum essential medium Eagle with (Earle's BSS) supplemented with 2 mM L-glutamine, 0.1 mM non-essential amino acids, 1.0 mM sodium pyruvate and 10% fetal bovine serum.
Subculturing:Rinse the cell sheet twice with fresh 0.025% trypsin, 0.03% EDTA solution, and remove the trypsin solution. Allow the flask to stand at room temperature for 10 to 15 minutes, add fresh medium, aspirate and dispense into new flasks.
Split Ratio:A ratio of 1:2 to 1:4 is recommended
Fluid Renewal:2 times weekly
