Subculturing:Remove medium, add fresh 0.025% trypsin, 0.03% EDTA solution for 2 minutes, rinse and remove. Incubate the flask at 37°C until the cells detach (approximately 5 minutes). Add fresh medium, aspirate and dispense into new flasks.
Split Ratio:A split ratio of 1:4 to 1:8 is recommended
Fluid Renewal:2 to 3 times weekly
Freeze Medium:CM-1 (CLS ∙ Cell Lines Service)
